One 4-pound bag of certified organic sifted Pastry Flour. This is Camas's lightest flour, and makes wonderful cookies, pie crusts, and other baked goods. It has a light and clean taste and works well as an all-purpose whole wheat flour.
Note that, like all Camas flours, this is a whole wheat flour (though some germ and bran are removed through the sifting process), so you'll be getting more nutrients and also notice a deeper flavor and possible differences in how it bakes.
