A baker's favorite! Hard Red Wheat Artisan Bread Flour can be used for bread and baked goods by itself, or in combination with our flours. This flour was formerly known as the Organic Sifted Hard Red Flour.
The protein level in this flour is approximately 12-13%.
Note that, like all Camas flours, this is a whole wheat flour (though some germ and bran are removed through the sifting process), so you'll be getting more nutrients and also notice a deeper flavor and possible differences in how it bakes.
