5 or 25 pounds of organic bulk carrots (no green tops, larger size than our typical bunched carrots). Grown right here in Central Oregon at Boundless Farmstead.
Please note: these carrots, while tasty, are not your average carrot! They aren't necessarily the prettiest, and are often nobblier, or are in pieces or oddly shaped. They can be baked, cooked, preserved, juiced, or enjoyed raw - they just might be a touch woodier than their smaller, younger friends we see in our harvest boxes.
