The variety of apples will vary depending on seasonality and availability and may be any of the following: Cox Orange Pippin (great baking apple), Jonagold (great snacking or baking apple), Elstar (baking or snacking), Ashmead's Golden Gem (baking or snacking).
Mt. Hood Organics Farm is located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. They are Certified Organic, Certified Salmon Safe (protecting natural waterways for native aquatic species), and Demeter certified Biodynamic® farm, which is considered to be the highest paradigm of sustainable farming.
