Sauerkraut and special kraut-chi, amazing fermented foods from Blue Bus in Bingen, WA (just on the other side of the Gorge from Hood River). Made using all organic and locally-grown veg, primarily sourced from their neighbor farms in Hood River and the Willamette Valley. We're so excited to be bringing in a bit of this delicious kraut to try courtesy of our sister farmer co-op, the Gorge Farmer Collective!

Kraut-chi: a mash-up of sauerkraut and kimchi, the ginger, garlic, and chiles in this kraut give it a bright punchiness that you'll want to eat with everything. Eggs, rice bowls, sandwiches - you can't go wrong!
