Russet potatoes are excellent for baking, roasting, mashing, or frying. They have brown skin and white flesh. Our russets are smaller than usually found in grocery stores. Try using in a latke or a mini-baked potato! Grown by organic farmers throughout the PNW and sourced via the Organically Grown Company.
Red creamer potatoes have thin red skin and a pale creamy flesh that holds its shape well when cooked, making it particularly versatile. Delicious as home fries or in potato salad. Grown locally by Chris & Cate of Casad Family Farms in Madras, OR.
